SCP-CRAFT/SCP-1291

SCP-1291 appears to be a player whose skin is a Caucasian with gray hair sitting in a wheelchair. When SCP-1291 is visible, the camera will "unfocus" and become blurred. Touching or punching it will give Wither III for 15 seconds, with further outbreaks occurring at random for the next hour of play. If a player has been within 25 blocks of SCP-1291 for more than 5 minutes, the player will experience hallucinations intermittently for the next hour of enemies and blocks which aren't there. If playing on Hardcore, the effect is permanent. Being within 25 blocks of SCP-1291 for more than 15 minutes, or having your crosshair directly on its face for more than 5 seconds, will kill you instantly.
